Whelp, School's done. Now i've got the next 2 and a half months of sitting on my arse doing nothing but working and playing games. 

Those exams were easier than i was expecting, Especially the I.T. one - although to be honest none of us thought that would be hard.

Thinking about making some more turkish delight... And a chocolate house... And some kind of delicious biscuit.

Incoming "Super cool story, bro." moment;

I got a new toothbrush today. My old one was kinda dead. So now i'm back to a non-electric. Seems like a step backwards... but then i remembered how many ads have played over the last few years of brand new CRISS CROSS BRISTLE GUM MASSAGING TONGUE CLEANING SHAPED LIKE A PENIS technology improvements to the humble toothbrush.
I had almost forgotten how it feels to get a new toothbrush... The first use just makes you feel so clean.

Exams are coming up...
When i say "Exams" i actualy mean one exam. Two if you count the GAT. Curse you, Accounting.

I almost forgot this section of the website existed. Then i felt it was the perfect place to tell masses of the presumably one visitor per month audience that visits my blog. Go figure.

Edit: I thought it would be an even cooler story to continue the news considering the lack of it over the past few months.
1) Since my last post, a rival has developed to the 7/11 guy in the way of awesomeness. Firstly, i haven't seen the 7/11 guy for a few months now - and my new brohelm is the asian peeps from the bakery near school. They know what we all want as soon as we walk in the door. It's only a matter of time before they know where we live.

2) I went and looked up the usage statistics for bladey.info: 755 unique visitors and 1032 overall...
Oh geez. That's embarrasing.

3) I made some Turkish Delight for mother's day. In chocolate, and regular form. They were kickin' rad.



4) I'll probably be getting a suit soon. Need suggestions for style. Please don't mention the words 'penis embroided'.

A few days ago, Kara pointed out to me that i haven't written anything here in ages.

School's started - but of course if you're reading this you already know that. All i can say is that Year 12 is so lenient. Their reaction to everything is "you only get out what you put in" - in other words, the homework is there, you have the choice to do it.
Plus we can leave at lunchtimes and have massive wednesday off

Also; Triple J Hottest 100 (the one that happend on Australia Day) had some pretty rad songs in it.
Finaly the king is dead they cried of with his head, everything must change, nothing stays the same.
So y'know, just been working and stuff.


Also; My bestest buddy friend who works in 7/11 on sundays knew that i wanted a donut before i even said anything

I came home from work today, completely stuffed (for no apparent reason, i stood around talking to the manager for like an hour at the start of my shift) and went to clean the crap off my shoes (which i've been doing with a pressure nozzle attatched to the regular garden hose).

Turned the tap on, the hose detatched and exploded in my face.
So i went to repair it by shoving the hose back in its join, which looked like it was going to hold. I turned the tap on and it exploded in my face again.

Then i thought one more try at a repair, so i tried harder this time with the same method.
Third explosion of water to the face.
So i gave up and just used my thumb over the end for pressure

Although i've neglected to use my blog in the last month and a half, it's mainly because i have nothing to say.

Christmas played its usual outcome, nobody knew what to get me so i'm ended with a stockpile of giftcards

Once again new years was overhyped and everyone feels the need to express their happyness that another year of their life has disintegrated and that they're a few days closer to death.

How sadistic.

One of the mods for HL2 that i've been waiting the longest for is Synergy (Oh, and Nightmare House). They posted some screenshots of it working sometime a few months ago, but it was never released.

Last week valve announced via steam that they will be distributing 5 mods (including synergy as one of the five) on steam to those who own a source game.

It was announced that they would release it on the 2nd of october.

I ordered GTA4 online so that i could get it uncensored, so they screwed up with their stock or something and had to order some more in.
Fine...
They sent out the product about a week and a half later.
Annoying, but whatever...
I recieved a post office notice that a package will arrive for me the next day.
Woot!
I go to pick up said package on that next day.
Stand around for 15 minutes
"Sorry, we can't seem to find your package"

... ...

EDIT/UPDATE:
They finally f@#*ing found my package. But the f@#* heads didn't ring me like they said they would, i had to call them to find that out.
So i went to go collect the bloody thing, the third f@#*ing time going up to the damn place, present the form and my ID.
"sorry, you need to have the addressee's ID or signature with you"

Fan-f@#*ing-tastic. The ID that i used the first 2 times when they didn't know where it f@#* was, was fine. No problems.
The one time i go and they actualy HAVE the f@#*ing thing, it's not enough.

Apparently banning those 69 IPs and adding a CAPTCHA to the comments has worked, no more spam, and 367 attempts to look at the site denied. 

Silly spambots.
Funnily enough i think they try to open a file (which doesn't exist) called robot.txt...
I'll probably end up creating the file just to catch all the other bots that i haven't banned yet (that are being denied by the CAPTCHA)

the TF2 Heavy class update was released today... It was totaly unexpected to me, it came out so quickly.
Unfortunately for Valve (creators of Steam and TF2), didn't count on someone releasing an achievement cracking program to the public.

I'm enjoying not having to screw my stats further to get the weapons.

Today, the website was attacked by spambots. The only possible good outcome of this is that you could get some nice furniture from a few hundred links.

(edit: oh shit, i deleted 2 news posts by accident. Woopsy.
Also, i just banned 69 IPs from the entire site, please send me a message if you've been wrongly banned. Get a mate to send the message, because you'll be banned - obviously.)

ReCaptcha has been added to the comment form, hopefully it should stop the spambots. Shame it's a huge mofo on the comment form, i might just add a tickbox saying "are you a human?"...

Today, as some of you know, is my birthday.
I got an 8800GT for my birthday, so i decided to install it and play some TF2.

Runs smashingly. Until the game froze. Confusion, laughter and awkward explanations of what was happening to other players followed.

Keep in mind it happened entirely on its own, i didn't even do anything and it went nuts. It's whack. Little to say all it needed was a game restart, but it lasted over several maps.
